RAW Pressery (www.rawpressery.com) is a rapidly-growing company that delivers cold-press juice to your doorstep. It is India's first cold-pressed juice brand and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.

Their first juice was delivered to doorsteps across Mumbai in December 2013 and not before long, word got out that the juice was worth the press! 

They home deliver and retail in various outlets in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Gurgaon, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

The first brand in India to use cold-press as a juice extraction technique and will now once again be the first to introduce the revolutionary HPP technology. The ambition is to be a global brand in this space by being quality-conscious, consumer-focused and innovative.
With HPP, there is the opportunity to distribute a healthy product with a 30-45 day shelf-life and we are currently searching for a co-entrepreneur to build this company with from these early days.
The immediate call is to create a sales and distribution team for product to be available in modern trade, premium general trade, horeca, institutional, non-conventional formats and home delivery. We want to precede any competition and gain consumer loyalty immediately to be clear market leaders.

KRA & responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Operations is responsible to craft & deliver business strategy. Work closely with senior leaders across marketing, sales & supply chain to deliver business results, manage marketing operations across innovation management, market development & drive cross-category, cross-country strategic initiatives.
  2. Set up of operations – starting from Scoping, Budgeting to Hiring, Target Setting & Execution.
  3. Formulating pricing and product strategies to maximise client base as well as revenues.
  4. Forecast, plan and execute on the quarterly & annual business plans for the territory.
  5. Training a team of sales individuals, including Area Business Managers as well as Sales Managers to form a highly motivated Sales team.
  6. Network as the face of the company at industry events, identify new revenue opportunities.
  7. Liaison with central teams for resource and budget allocations.
  8. Managing end-to-end client relationships - pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting.
  9. Creating a culture of consistent sales process improvement.
  10. Tracking competition, creating pricing & sales strategies to ensure a competitive edge.
