The Company is a fully integrated (farm to retail) Food Company in the business of making and selling a range of fresh, healthy, tasty and innovative food products. It is the market leader in fresh dips and pita chips, and has pioneered this product category in the country. 
It believes that consumers today are looking for healthy, fresh, ethically made food products. Its products are sold through all leading national supermarket chains and local gourmet food stores in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune. The no. of stores is presently is close to 50.
It is a fast growing professionally managed company led by well qualified professionals who have decades of experience in the food and FMCG business in India and internationally.
The company employees over 150 people. The products are handmade by underprivileged women and are retailed through a unique sampling sales model that is a first in the market. 
KRA & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the owner


  1. National Sales Strategy: Develop channel-wise sales strategy to ensure targeted distribution & dominant.
  2. In-store visibilty across channels.
  3. Develop & maintain an effective and efficient Route to Market across all three channels across India.
  4. Team Development: Lead and develop the team of Field Sales Managers, Regional Trade Marketing Manager, Distribution Partner Managers across India to deliver the growth agenda of the organization.
  5. Sales across Channels: Plan & Deliver Primary & Secondary sales growths across all three channels.
  6. Keen strategist & implementer with experience in accomplishing business growth on a consistent basis.
  7. Expertise in strategic planning, market plan execution, account management and boosting of various sales efforts.
  8. Proficiency in formulating business plans for retailing activities & development of the business unit.
  9. Expertise in analyzing and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
