Zarget was founded in 2015 by 3 ex-Zoho employees, who quit their lucrative jobs to pursue something different: To follow their own vision, and to offer solutions to problems. KRA & job responsibilities:


The product marketing team at Zarget is at the center of all the marketing efforts. Broadly, product marketers are responsible for reaching hundreds of millions of potential customers and telling them the story of how Zarget can help their business perform better. Product Marketers break down Zarget's core vision into actionable campaigns & projects and execute them to the best extent possible.


A typical day could involve all or some of these:


  1. Create compelling stories around Zarget products and educate potential users about benefits.
  2. Choose the best vehicles to deliver each story and execute to attain maximum impact.
  3. Engage influencers in meaningful debates surrounding the various problems that the software solves.
  4. Develop methods for existing customers to understand the products better.
  5. Understand and monitor the markets in which Zarget products compete, the end user experience and real-world problems.
  6. Use your convictions to help product management teams build better products and improve existing features.


A successful applicant will have these traits:


  1. Strongly preferred - Prior demonstrable experience of 9 to 11 years in product marketing or digital marketing.
  2. Ability to strategise and create content relevant to a specific audience.
  3. Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act effectively with high-level direction.
  4. Passionate about helping small businesses.
  5. A self-starter and a go-getter.
